What I’m excited about in 2013

What I’m learning this year

What I’m excited about this year:

I recently became aware of TED talks.  They are terrific.  But the one that really spoke to me about how I want to live my life was given by Brene Brown.  She is a researcher who studies vulnerability, courage, authenticity, and shame.  She has 2 TED talks and I found them both to be extraordinary.  I know what you’re thinking:  boring, why should I listen to another video?  This one is different.  She talks about being in the arena of her life, rather than holding back and observing.  She talks about fear of failing, criticism and shame keeping us from fully participating in our own lives. Trust me, this one is a game-changer!!  I hope you get as much out of her talk as I did!

The Power of Vulnerability

If you and a small group of folks want a more private instruction experience, call me.  We can work out a studio workshop in my studio.
